Exchanges or Returns
We offer a 20 day from date of purchase exchange or return policy for any unopened and unused foundation in the original packaging. The product and packaging must still be in perfect saleable condition.
To request a return or exchange, please get in touch first. This makes the process quicker and easier. We can further advise the process on what to do.
Then simply re wrap the product in our protective packaging provided and re use the courier bag that we sent out to you. Please add a note of the desired shade you wish to have instead, along with your name, address and contact details.
Once we have received the returned product, we will process the exchange. If we receive the product and it is not in the condition outlined, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address. We will contact you to let you know.
We recommend tracked shipping to ensure it gets delivered to us.
Unfortunately for health reasons, we cannot exchange or refund the foundation brush unless it is a faulty or damaged product.
Products returned without prior approval from us may be refused. If you purchased from one of our retailers, then product must be returned to the place of purchase.
Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products
Immediately take a photograph upon receiving and make contact with us straight away. We will then advise the necessary steps to rectify this situation. If you can’t contact us straight away, please do so within 7 days of receiving.
In the unlikely event you have an allergy, stop using immediately and get in touch with us. The product must be still 90% full to receive any possible refund.
